You do realize that the FT1 concept came out in 2014, right? That will make it 5 years to hit production for a car that’s being jointly developed with another major automaker.

Toyota should have never told us they were going to make the supra. They could have just droped it on us at a spring auto show and said available this fall. Everybody would have lost there minds , especially if it gets a straight 6 with a turbo and 400 to 500 hundred horse. They could have badged the test mule cars

Don’t get me wrong, I love the LFA. It’s easily the best sounding supercar in history. But it was released right as the F12 was being ushered in, which dwarfed the LFA’s horsepower figure and truly highlighted just how awful the LFA’s single-clutch transmission was. The LFA was a perfect supercar for the

It was funny that their Ring record was beaten 2 weeks later by an old Dodge.

Timing is everything in the car world, and the Japananese auto industry is shit at timing. Let’s start with the NSX:

Toyota’s Duke Nukem Forever.

Lots of hype? - Check

They were all killed in freak rollerblading accidents

lol... that up your own ass logic.

Tamir Rice was a 12 year old kid playing with an airsoft gun in a park in an open carry state. His murderer was deemed by his previous police force as “emotionally unstable” and not fit to be a cop. He leaps out of a still moving police car and starts firing at the kid. No charges filed. You should read about how they

You think a group that wants cops to stop murdering people is a hate group? That says everything about you and nothing about them.

I know there are people who will be upset you bring this up but I’m upset that it is actually a thing! I suppose if people read the scathing report showing hundreds of officers should have been punished for multiple abuses will understand why movements like blacklivesmatter exist.

Here’s the thing: I’m actually extremely pro-cop. We are all better off when I can trust that the guy in the cruiser is a Good Guy.

2. There are plenty of videos, I’m sure there will be more. Not sure how the fuck you’ve missed them but, whatever.

Dude, those cases are obviously not the same. There are quite a few obvious murders.

Speeding is also against the law, and you’d pitch a goddamn fit if an LEO pulled you over every time you did half a mile over the legal limit. Especially in traffic situations, police have broad discretion about what gets enforced, when, and against whom.

I get your point, but the cop racing the Lambo was actively breaking the law. This one is choosing not to enforce one that is arguably ambiguous. Big difference.

Cop turns on light bar and tries to pull the rider over, and we all know what happens. Cop calmly drives beside him, no police chase with opportunity for hurt civilians, but a slight chance that dude will bust his ass with one of those squid moves and BOOM arrest.

Yup. First thing I thought when I saw this. This cop was awesome, as the rider wasn’t threatening anyone but himself. (And maybe the cop’s car) But instead he’ll be punished and turned into just another terminator...

We live in a world where a cop who gets caught on video being friendly is disciplined while others that get caught on video actually murdering people are unpunished.
