Please. A huge percentage of that list is vague (i.e. “Worked to increase defense spending”) or highly debatable (i.e. withdrawing from Paris Climate Accords) or not an accomplishment at all (i.e. the last three bullets where traveling is apparently a major accomplishment). And the list of things he’s made worse…

As a legal construction “actually innocent” is very dangerous. It enables a semi-official cloud of suspicion to hang over those who have been acquitted. It also enables the state to avoid culpability for wrongful conviction.

Yep. Another reason (on top of a stack of others) why the death penalty has to go. The state will do anything it takes to ensure they don’t have to pay out for wrongful convictions, including letting innocent people die.
