maybe less desirable for some, but its more durable and depending on what you get can cost more then granite. granted, the granite in the home was ugly. and funny, a recent appraisal has my home over 100k from 2 years ago with the new kitchen (and other stuff)

what are you driving that 6" of water will cause catastrophe? even my lowered sti had no issues with that much water. now if that 6" of water is hiding a sinkhole then yes you will have problems.

oddly, California does not have inspections either. just the smog sniffer every 2 years (unless its 1975 or older then you are freee)

Sorry, audiophiles, but I can't tell you how well the beta mixes the audio back into surround. I just know that you'll hear some rear-channel audio again once you do that.

I normally just get up and block the isle. part so i can stand and stretch my legs out and to stop people from trying to get off the plane before people in front of them. single file dip shit. let the plane offload in a normal fashion.

also 6'2" and hate it when they recline. normally i can wedge something in the recline part and they cant recline. its quite wonderful :D
