GW1 is not an MMO. It is a vestibule game with instanced combat. It is a very good hybrid for sure but without non-instanced gameplay it really isn’t an MMORPG.

GW1 never competitor with WoW as it is not an MMO is the truest sense. It is a “vestibule” game where fighting areas of the game are instanced to small parties and safe areas such as cities are MMO.

Honda Ridgeline old model. Mine has nearly 200k miles and no serious issues. MPG isn’t great and the turning radius is horrid but the vehicle itself is super roomy, easy to drive and even has a trunk. If you shop around you can find them in your budget.

A lot of people just want one place to deal with their games list, friends list, badges, etc. Some players simply don’t want to deal with a distributor and buy the box edition from Amazon or Gamestop. Others like to wait a few months for a game to go on sale somewhere. That is gone with exclusives.

Steam doesn’t get 30% because developers can sell/giveaway keys in other venues and Steam doesn’t get any part of that but they are still on the hook for downloads, updates, badges, etc.
