Just Do It. Best way to learn something is knuckle down and hack at it till you are good at it. It certainly doesn't hurt to tap knowledgeable sources but ultimately doing over and over is the best way to learn most things. People tend to learn from their mistakes and failures far more than another persons successes.
Pretty slick solution posted. My solution was a Grace Digital amp in a small outdoor box (Suncast). I then use their Android app to control it. Great for Pandora streaming or playing any music files on the internal network.
In the IT world and suspect others, user groups are a great way to network. Also contributing in online communities can be a good way to expand the contacts list.
Sounds like the marketers should have secured the global rights before the MS let it out as the name of their new UI.
A lot of people will since for every loser there are generally winners profiting from it.
Sorry no... any company on the planet would feel a $440 million dollar loss. A company like Apple could soak it up but not after taking a decent hit in their stock price.
Critical flaw is the inability to play a lot of the content outside their walled garden. Until then, XBMC and products like it will still be a preferred venue for people who want to hook a computer to a TV.
Firm believer in corded hammer drills. Surprised an air compressor didn't make this list and surprisingly one of the most used "power tools" in my garage is the handheld vac that came with my Porter Cable kit.
Basics are important but a company should not skip over a talented person for a grammar mistake. This is particularly true since grammar is learned not innate. Talent cannot be taught. I think he believes that a person must pay for the Amazon Cloud Service.
Masters in English tells me the applicant is not realistic and grounded for a job outside of academics. Education cuts both ways and says a lot about a person and their priorities. Ultimately job experience, personality and connections are the keys to moving up the job ladder. Education outside of a few professions…
WDTV Live. Cheap, plays most codecs and is ridiculously easy to use. Showing its age a bit my not having Amazon Prime and Google Music support though.
Should have gone with an induction interface and a water tight case. That would have been revolutionary and fitting of a change. Going from one proprietary connector to a slightly smaller proprietary connector seems like a somewhat pointless move since they are setting up for another change in a few generations.
I will have to check but I don't think all news on Giz is targeted at just you.
This is ridiculous spending from the US government and ultimately the tax payers on what should be a civil matter.
I would mark my fifth cousins friends brother's birthday on my calendar before I marked a Win8 release date. Smells like an attempt to pilfer another $40 from my wallet.
This works and finishing with Bartenders Friend will make a knife shine like new.
I would rather them be spending it than saving it. Nothing says US economy boost like spending money on crap that has little long term value.
