Naw. Remember the fiasco that was "Best of Both Worlds"? If R. Kelly and Jay-Z's egos couldn't fit in the same place at the same time, there was definitely no hope for MJ and Prince to be able to pull it off. Somebody would've gotten slapped (probably MJ).

It's not a romantic show. If you watch the show from start to finish and come away with "Man, I wish I could be Don Draper", you watched it wrong.

Black women show up eventually. If you had them from the jump, it wouldn't be very historically accurate. It'd be pandering, which is what I don't want in my TV.

I've also never seen The Wire before. Missed it when it was on tv and never had the opportunity (or desire - let's keep it real) to go back. I was thinking about getting into it now that it's on Amazon, but it'll have to wait for me to get through the fifty-leven other shows in the queue.

I'm excited for this. So sick of my gullible-ass news feed. And I agree: The Onion is a good example of a satirical site, but some of these copycats are just lying for lying's sake.
