I love seltzer but I hate hard seltzer. For me it’s so much alcohol taste without all the drunk. I’d rather just pound a vodka shot or sip on some sake for all that alcohol flavor and not being a measley 5%

The video from the daughter’s perspective showing earlier in the confrontation gives a little more perspective. She doesn’t just immediately whip out a gun they are very clearly trying to just leave. This one situation is not as simple as it seems.

I can think of two reasons why they haven’t been arrested.
