There was something this morning on a NPR of NYtimes podcast about how this seemed like a 5hour tech support call.

There’s a lot of poor people around the world who wouldn’t be able to afford a subscription to FB. So this idea would just be further diving the rich and poor.

There should be some scorn towards the big funds (pension, etc) that knowingly go in on these deals and the banks that lend the money when PE firms have so little skin in the game.
