Looking at the local Denver Craigslist and our famous overpriced used pickup market, you can find 2 2010 Raptors for sub 40k and a slew of 2011 for just above 40k. If you want a "Special Edition" off road pickup why not get the granddaddy of them all. And I bet most haven't even seen dirt!
