Agreed. Seasons 1-3 Harry > Season 4-present Harry. Once he got his TV department off the ground, he turned into a raging douche.

I agree with your assessment. I think The Wheel is notable for Don's Kodak pitch, because it is one of the best (if not the best) scenes in the series. However, The Wheel as a whole is not as good as The Suitcase or Shut the Door. Have a Seat. At least in my opinion.
I always loved the Bobby Bacala/Tony fight, mainly because Tony got his ass beat and ended up with one of the Monopoly houses stuck to his cheek.
What if all this yellow imagery is just an elaborate tie-in for the last season of How I Met Your Mother? The Yellow King = The Mother.
Bert Macklin probably would have gotten a pet raccoon with a diamond collar.
The best part of that exchange is Mark's horrified reaction when he realizes Jerry had no idea he was adopted: "Ohhh no, oh Jerry, ohhhhhh Jerry, I'm so sorry."
I think you hit the nail on the head. Marshall and Lily have drank their own Kool Aid. They believe they are the perfect couple, so when they do have these big, life-changing fights, they refuse to acknowledge the fact that either one of them could be any less than perfect. Honestly, at this point, Barney and Robin…
I think Marshall has a lot of insecurity issues he still needs to work through.
I think the important thing to take away from Lily's confession that while she sometimes resents being a wife and mother, she acknowledges those feelings as being horrible. It's perfectly normal to not always be 100% satisfied with your life. Very few people grow up to be the astronauts/ballerinas/world travelers that…
I gotcha. I know there's been eight slaps, but the show kept referring to this one as the fourth one. I know it probably sounds better to keep in the context of the original five slaps, but it just doesn't make sense when Marshall got three more.
I thought it was interesting that they built up the fourth slap with so much fanfare, like it was the last one. It makes me think that the fifth slap will come out of nowhere. My guess is that the fifth slap will be when Barney panics and says he can't go through with the wedding. Marshall will slap Barney to bring…
It's her delivery. It's very snide and makes you feel like she's talking down to you. It's the same reason why I hate Tosh.
He seldom flings children from towers to improve their health.
This is even better if you've heard the theory about Tobias being an albino black man.
I loved the "few pumps" callback. Last time I heard that term used on the show, it was by Cutler when he was having sex with April.
Omar's a little pre-occupied, trying to run his nightclub on the Atlantic City Boardwalk and all.
So true. And it makes no sense because the show really fires on all cylinders when the families come together.
I have to agree with the observation that Modern Family keeps going using the same character combinations over and over again. I've seen enough Jay/Manny, Jay/Gloria, Mitch/Cam, Cam/Gloria, Claire/Phil, and Luke/Manny plots. You have a talented ensemble cast. Why not mix it up more? Why not pair Haley and Gloria…
