If history is any indication, all four of those scenarios are typical Trumpian behaviors.

It’s exactly like “I have a black friend.” They are uncomfortable when THEIR politics are under scrutiny. Why? They know they are the bad guys, they just don’t want it pointed out. Just like racists.
