My doctor told me I was drinking too much water—tea actually. I'm a tea addict and I make one-liter pot at a time. One liter of black or green tea in the morning, between 2 and 3 of green tea or tisane in the afternoon and one more right before bed. That's not counting the tea/water I drink at Starbucks, the gym, etc.
