Oh, I didn't see it either, but I familiarized myself well enough with the plot to know it was wrong...

Well the article is about why people stopped using them. If they're still in use, it wouldn't make sense to be listed.

Well, The Lorax completely missed the point, so it wouldn't be surprising if someone did that with this story as well.

While plenty of companies do excellent CG work, a lot of them now just seem to throw things together to make money. This happened some when hand drawn animation was popular, but that was so time consuming to even be bad, I don't think it happened quite as much. Plus in the past, even bad stuff was usually at least

A lot of that seems to be that companies have built up international distribution arms over the last few years and are distributing their own films worldwide instead of licensing them out.

I love trick photography. It was so much cooler than modern photoshop and often looked better too.

We just got Battle Royale on dvd around the time Hunger Games came out in theatres. If you got it before that, you had it first.

But they can't destroy the Earth! That's where I keep all my stuff!

It happens from time to time. Especially with Dredd being based of a British property.

In the US it comes out Sept. 21

Indeed it did. I know a lot of the 3.75" movie lines (I think going back to Spider-Man 3) have essentially been three series in one. Under the names it will either say "Movie Series" "Comic Series" or "Concept Series" Though I'm pretty sure they dropped the concept figures with more recent movies. But with Spidey they

Given how the marvel movie toy lines have been, we could well see an Iron Patriot figure without him being in the movie. Heck, the first movie toy line had a "Captain America Iron Man" with similar design before Iron Patriot was in the comics, so it could be a similar thing. It's hard to say right now.

I still don't think the problem with Spider-Man 3 was too many villains. It was the fact that they tried to give them too much back story of their own.

That's what I wanted him to look like too...

They had me at Peter Stormare. Hopefully this will at lest be fun, even if it's not very good.

Hansel? HANSEL!?!?! Hansel? Run for you lives for she is a witch and means to eat you.

Agreed.

If people really wanted their food to be better (whether for themselves or environmentally) they would buy fresh, in season, and local. Buying from a major company, whether it says organic or not, still means you're getting something that is mass produced.

I saw Return to Oz in theatre a couple of years ago and the Wheelers are incredible loud. Significantly louder than the rest of the movie, which was annoying...

Which more than 10 :P
