Ugggggh, I can only feel dread when I read that. You could try and reinstall the game, I had to do that with Call Of Duty Ghosts, it kept crashing during the opening cinematic.

I played it for 8 hours straight when it came out. And then of an on after, it hasn't crashed once. Though, I havnt been having problems with BF4 either, so it might not just be the games problem.
