With all the leaks I think they pretty much had to show it now.

For me, more than the visuals, it was the animation fidelity. The characters felt so much more real than other games I expect from the “genre” (using the term loosely). And given the dialogue in GTA games tend to have a very specific character, I can imagine them coming to life a lot more than we’re used to.

I mean it looks good for being a pre rendered scene 2 years out from release, I SERIOUSLY doubt the final game will be nearly as populated as this trailer.

It won't look nearly as good as the trailer. Remember the E3 watchdogs trailer and all the hype followed by complaining when the game didn't look remotely as good? People just love getting swept up in the hype to the point they'll believe the developer shits gold, only to find out later that wasn't the case. Then

Right, like part of the fun in games like this is seeing an obstacle and thinking “now how in the world do I get past that” and then having everything click once you get the item that does it. A Link Between Worlds, Breath of the Wild, and Tears of the Kingdom are great games but have always been lacking there.

To be fair... idk where Amourath’s orchards are, but most citrus orchards in Flordia are in central florida. They’re not beachside, where most of the homes are that are seeing insurance issues.

Debatable. Daytona Beach sank into the ocean last year condemning several properties and permanently closing many businesses, Irma flooded several cities and did over a billion dollars in damage to Florida agriculture, several cities flooded this year alone just from tropical storms.

Wake me up when this person overtakes Bill Gates in philanthropy efforts instead of how much dirt she can buy.

To be fair she is, or likely her money manager IS being smart, 100% of her appeal is based on her looks, which doesn’t last, so diversifying into other business ventures is a very smart thing to do.

The whole sequence kills me every time.

Lownenstein....

They’re healthier than normal cookies because you can’t afford as many of them.

It’s something food marketing has been doing for years. Ascribing some vague health benefits to a product makes people feel less guilty about eating it. And the sheer amount of people that want to eat healthy but also want to avoid making any real sacrifices or changes to their diet makes for a huge market. So they

You can say shit here, just sayin.

The Internet was a mistake.

I mean, people generally fall into two categories of what they want from a remake. Some just want upgrades to the game that stay faithful to the original experience; some want new experiences.

I can appreciate both / either if they’re done right. The Resident Evil 1 remake stayed faithful to the original and was
