Yeah, I think Heather sold me on the game. As mysterious as the game was before release, the backstory she fleshes out (in all its weirdness) in addition to her experience with the game is pretty compelling and sparks my interest for what sounds like a unique experience.

This needs to be top comment haha

I’m partially in agreement with you, especially about the needlessly convoluted and often clunky bit. That being said, Kojima can do whatever he wants because he gave us Metal Gear Solid, THE BEST GAME EVER MADE.

Do you remember when we used to have to wait months for the next big release? Now it’s like we get another good game every week. So much so, we haven’t even heard of half of them until they come out.

Kid at the end of the article is the early season MVP. We need an article with all the stealth dance/kiss/celebrity cams that turn into shows of support for HK.

The pictures are amazing, but did people really enjoy playing football in the pouring rain as kids or is it more of a romanticized notion? Traction sucks, you can’t catch anything, can’t throw anything. Afterwards, your clothes are soaked, heavy, and sometimes done for good. Give me a crisp, sunny Fall day in the

9. No quid pro quo.

Does anyone know what Kaepernick is doing these days? I hear he’s training, but what else? I suppose touring the speaking circuit and having a few lucrative endorsements pays the bills, but I’m just wondering if that’s how he keeps busy.

I wonder how much Blizzard has suffered financially short-term from the Hong Kong debacle (if at all). I mean plenty of Westerners seem at least averse to their kowtowing to China, but how does that translate into lost revenue? Anyone have any information on that? Their stock price seems pretty steady.

The Decision, Part 3

No need to apologize. You made incredibly cogent points. Let’s also compare how Samer responded to you versus how you just responded to him. It’s obvious to any reasonable observer that you’re the more nuanced, thoughtful mind here by quite a longshot. Anyone so sure of his moral ethos and conclusions likely isn’t the

I don’t know, dude! Comparing your arguments to MakeMexicoPayForJohnWall, his seem a lot more nuanced and thoughtful than yours. It’s also entirely possible he read the linked blog, knows just as much about the circumstances as you, and still arrived at the same conclusions because your take is very stubbornly

But I also think contextualizing the situations in which presidents make decisions is useful here. Bush isn’t alone in a room with a guy deciding to torture him. He is being advised and guided by a number of different actors with different motives, all of whom are smarter than him because he’s GWB, and then trying to

Good point! I didn’t even think about about folks that didn’t have the older systems.

Ha, nice! I wish they put Alundra on the Switch Virtual Console. I’d pick it up right now! I still have a copy in my parent’s basement I believe. Thinking about picking it up next time I’m back home.

Working Designs was the best at box art and manuals (and localization). Fond memories of Alundra, Dragon Force, Guardian Heroes, etc. Still my favorite publisher to this day. The care they put into each game showed. Sounded like everyone who worked there just really enjoyed and took pride in what they did.

1. I used to care about backwards compatability, but nowadays, with soooo many good games coming out, I don’t have time to even revisit old ones, let alone play 10% of the new ones. I don’t even have most of my old games tbh. I’d prefer a virtual system similar to what Nintendo is doing for my retro gaming.

Wonder what the odds were on this game and what Colts’ fan is suddenly a lot richer today.

I for one am happy for Gruden. He can now take a break, smoke some pot, and hit on college coeds with a couple mil in the bank.

if “we all share in the responsibility,” then maybe Dan Snyder should GTFO.
