I definitely see where you’re coming from. One thing I really enjoy about BF1 is that it’s pretty pure systemically. There wasn’t too much to learn or fuss over.

But specializations have also been with the series for more than a decade now so this isn’t exactly new territory. Bad Company 2 had them and so did BF3 and 4.

This sounds awful. The reason why Battlefield 1 was so much fun in the first place was that it eschewed post Modern Warfare FPS “perks” in favor of an approach that rewarded well timed movement and accuracy. BF1 went back to the roots of FPS skill and now they’re going to ruin it by making it just like every other

It’s gotten to the point where I can’t help but to be a petty bitch. As I pass these cars, I squirt them with my windshield washer.

This is hilarious and I have no sympathy for these streamers. SUX2BU DOC.

Damn. I was looking forward to ignoring all 500 Days of Neymar.

Announcers were puzzled by Curry’s insistence on hitting from ten yards being the tee box throughout the round.

The worst is that with Fast Track, you’re PAYING to be in a lane that idiots are driving too slowly in. What is the point of an HOV lane if you drive just as slowly as, if not more slowly than the crowded lanes to your right? These people must be insane.

More than once I’ve yelled at a Prius driver driving like an absolute jackass with a, “You gave up your right to drive like that when you bought a Prius.” Not my proudest moment but still a little satisfying. Model S and Prius drivers have zero chill no matter what day of the week it is.

Nope. It will either be non HOV times or a stretch of road with no HOV at all. They just sit in the left lane with a clear road ahead and not a car being passed. It’s the Bay Area population influx over the last five years in microcosm.

My pet peeve are the Google/Apple employee buses and/or tour coaches with three axles that just sit in a left non-HOV lane because... I don’t know?

You would no longer be freaking out, so there’s that.

The Right Stuff does focus a bit more on the aviation bit at NACA leading up to the formation of NASA. I loved that book but was always found the story arc of Yeager to be a bit sad. He was THE GUY and he had to watch all these young guys come up through a program he helped create to surpass him. I really hope this is

TV series? So, shorter than the movie?

I saw The Right Stuff when it first came out. I was a computer operator at Lear Fan. I had gotten to the theater a little late and had to find my seat during the trailers. After the movie, I turned around and saw at least two of the engineers from Lear Fan also in the audience. I think nearly every engineer and tech

Klay out there drinking all day and partying all night and living his best life. Cut that man some slack

At least he also got a tattoo of Jerry West.

As someone who 1) Just watches WEC when I catch it on the tube and don’t follow the dramas.. and.. 2) Absolutely detests BoP for everything that endurance racing is supposed to stand for...

We had another one right near the end of Cronk-y-Voddy today. I was watching from The Mitre at Kirk Michael and and it happened in the Superstock before he even got round to us on lap one. Gutted for his family but everyone involved knows what comes with racing here. It really is a chance to live the way very few

It’s because the event it’s not about the pure entertainment. It’s not a 100% for the public. The TT still honors its roots and takes place for those who want to race it. It is romanticized because it is an ode to what motorcycle racing was all about back in the early 1900's when the race was created. It is not about
