http://youtu.be/ Have you read Letters to an Absent Father?

I like to blame Ash's problems on him and his family's unresolved father issues.

Deadpool is gravelly-voiced Demi Moore. Nothing will ever convince me otherwise. And Reynolds was a great Wade Wilson, I thought. You could, as Dora points out, see how this guy could potentially end up completely unhinged.

I miss Joe Kelly and Fabian Nicieza. As novel as Gail Simone's run on Deadpool might have been, I fear that was when Deadpool as "lolrandom" became the standard. It was a lot of fun, sure, but it's also focused more on the hilarity-up-to-1000% aspect of Wade than any before. Kelly's run had hilarity that was tempered

I live nowhere near any mountains. The only walking trail anywhere near me is pretty notorious. This would be a nice way to get off the couch and still get some pretty scenery, you know?

"Also, have you noticed most video games tend to pander at 14-25 year old WHITE person, aslong as this doesn't change. "

But all these comment feel so tone-deaf and immature. This isn't even Patricia's article, which is why it particularly annoyed me. Hyperbole is one thing, but this is just getting obnoxious, you know?

What about the other two?

Is there like an achievement for writing this on every Kotaku article? Or has this become an obnoxious, memetic thing?

They're annoying as hell. Who cares if it's "not news"? This is a video game blog. The staff can post whatever they want, and it's not like it wastes anyone's time that wasn't already committed to wasting time.

That is amazing. I have this love affair with the names in most anime since a lot of them sound like gibberish non-names (some Germanic or Latin words inexplicably mashed together for generic European names, often two first names for American or British-centric ones) , but now that I know that there's actually a rhyme

Thanks for your honesty, Stephen. I look forward to more details about the game as soon as you're able to write about it. Right now? I'm on the fence. I have yet to play ACIII due to an immense boredom with the AC games of late, but, hey, pirates.

I would buy that in a irregularly fast heartbeat.

"Who cares of the protagonist is gay or the antagonist is Hispanic? Why does it matter?"

Black Manta, Ocean Master, and the Trench seem to be his biggest baddies of late, but I remember reading that once a year he and Etrigan basically fight and keep Cthulhu at bay (heh). Link: http://scans-daily.dreamwidth.org/1739827.html

Arthur has Mera at his side. He commands your respect because she will make you respect her husband. If he wasn't a noble, kingly motherfucker who deserves to be treated as such there's no way Mera would turn away from her own people for him.

It's like I was born short just so the jokes could fly right over my head! But still be just tall enough that I could see them whoosh by immediately after the fact.

Is it pronounced Lah-Rah or Lah-Ra, where Ra is pronounced like Ra?

This was a wonderful discussion about this game, and I'm sold. Can't wait to get my hands on it. More of these types of videos, please?

Lara dying horribly seems to be a Tomb Raider staple.
