I hadn't played a proper JRPG in years, but I needed some whimsy in my life so I picked it up. I'm really, really enjoying it. The level grinding and familiar farming gets tedious at times, as does the story - it's the usual JRPG exposition-style writing that originally turned me off the genre -, but overall, I think

Context. We have all this information, but we're missing the context that playing the game provides.

Well, that's ojbectively embarrassing.

"...the gun culture no one talks about: ghettos and gangbangers."

Hawkguy is one of the best comics that Marvel has put out in years. It's so much fun.

I hope the writer for this series gets more work outside of this series. He did a wonderful job capturing the sweet-slightly-teasing relationship between Clark and Lois, as well as the camaraderie and deep friendship between Batman and Superman. Clearly, he understands the characters, and it's almost a shame he has to

That's the coolest thing I've seen all day.

Isn't that subjective to the experience of the review, though? A terrible mechanic, art direction, or level of difficulty might be redeemed by a wonderful atmosphere or story that somehow makes up for it. Likewise, a game with a wonderful art direction, story, and atmosphere might otherwise be ruined by a lackluster

Why do some people have a hard time differentiating a difficulty level with experiencing a game? Allowing for a wider range of difficulty settings (Very Easy all the way to Fucking Hell This is Hard mode) means more people can enjoy and experience good games. Maybe they enjoy the art direction, music, the story, the

"If there's one defining item of the Saints Row series, it's the fact you can use an enormous dildo as a weapon."

That's...that's so blatant it's unconscionable. I hope Coulton (and maybe Sir Mix-a-Lot?) give FOX and Glee hell. They deserve it.

That link was hilarious. Lightning is apparently a serial bird murderer.

"...the problem is when every little thing is claimed to be misogyny when it's not."

Ubisoft, make this game happen.

You do the work so I don't have to. Thanks, Phil Bond.

HEALTH rocks. What else is there to say on the matter? Their MP3 soundtrack was gold.

I agree with you. I wasn't the best edit, but it's the only one I could find that second. I'm sure there's a shorter one.

Ho-lee shit, that was gorgeous. I am so in.

Now playing

This is a lot like this joke. It starts off funny, loses the funny, then suddenly gets really funny again the longer it goes. Never-ending cycle. And puns are the best. I don't even care what people say.

That's funny. I just spent the last hour watching NormalDiffculty's videos before I even saw this article. Well, his and Squeaker Squad.
