I'm not going to comment on the Ebert aspect of this review because fuck it, it's beating a dead horse to assert my opinion one way or the other. Instead, I'm going to commend Chris Person for a thoughtful, well-put together video review that I would love to see more of from him. Way to go, Kotaku.
This game is free-to-play from the get-go.
I want this game so hard. What faction are you repping? I'm still trying to find the right one for me. If any of you are recruiting, well...
I'm pretty sure they used time travel to go back in time and make Bruce Willis JGL's real dad.
I have a hard time watching that and reconciling that they're just puppets. They feel so real.
I may have phrased that mechanics bit incorrectly as well. I believe cinematography is just as important to a film's effectiveness as its plot or message. I believe that a game can be enjoyable in spite of its story if the mechanics are solid. Forgive me, I've been juggling several things all day and did not proof my…
It seems I might have accidentally replied to the wrong thread. Sorry about that.
They shouldn't aside from not buying the games. If they don't like something, they shouldn't buy it, and if they buy it and don't like it. Well, fuck, I dunno, return it and play something else. Complain about how you didn't like it online. Tell your friends not to buy it. BUT don't expect to have any creative input…
I'm not really seeing how this Harry looks any more or less Hipster than the Harry we got in the fourth movie. Well, the glasses are a thing, sure.
I wish they would make a Venom movie about the CURRENT Venom. You know, Flash Thompson, the soldier who is currently fighting with the Avengers? That guy rocks.
Yup. I'll be getting this game for sure now.
Pacific Rim sounds amazing. I had not heard or read about it all before this post, but now I have to build a time machine so I can fast-forward to July 2013 to watch it. I'm not even kidding. I didn't know I wanted Idris Elba vs. the Kaiju until right this second.
It is pretty unoriginal. I swear everything is named Daedalus somethingsomething in fiction these days, but the system itself looks great.
It's a pre-order bonus? That's so lame. I really hope it's downloadable at a later date because I am all over that.
@Duce, you really should check them out if you can. The characters aren't all morons, and they all mostly get their fair chance to shine.
Can we just get Carl from the comic books? THAT kid seems the type of kid who could survive a zombie apocalypse.
I'm definitely checking this out. Thanks, Evan.
John Cassaday has made a living making art that looks sort of like that, but he's brilliant about it.
Honey Nut Cheerios, represent! Every morning.
