Agreed. More FF but there’s a million games that aren’t FF7. There are plenty of characters who aren’t swordsmen. Why not Sabin? Or Kain? How about Kefka? Hell, Wakka could be fun. Sephiroth is all hype.

Point me in the direction of the unions that ask for that much in dues. I’m sure you are joking, but that kinda dialog is used to feed anti-union sentiments.
My union dues per year comes out to maybe 1/3 of one week’s pay. Nowhere near as high as anti-union movements would have people believe.
Fuck all these people. It’s video games.
I thought Evangelion was all about saying “get in the damn robot” because no one remembers what being 14 was like. :P
I picked this game up on a whim and it was really great. There were moments that genuinely scared me, and I am pretty desensitized.
I don’t understand how people fighting each other over shirts is Uniqlo’s fault.
Yes. Everyone does shitty things.
Also, putting money in the stock market is not working hard. It’s not working at all.
How incredibly short sighted of you.
The lesson is that we shouldn’t buy games when they come out, as a better version is just around the corner.
Hey Tucker, I’d love for the Republican party to bring work back here, but uh... I don’t see you guys doing that.
But by that logic, CEOs and executives are not part of the actual product they create.
Leadership is taking care of the people you are in charge of, not cutting them and patting yourself on the back, my dude.
I’m very excited about this game.
Unpopular opinion: Dogs should not be a game feature. Not everyone likes dogs. Not everyone things dogs are the goodest boy.
But this game looks badass.
I’d argue that it’s not subverting expectations but rather hitting the same beats as the last two movies.
- Goku naively not understanding something? Check
- Vegeta acting foolish at the expense of his gigantic ego? Check
- Goku getting super excited to have someone strong to fight and then befriending the villian? Check
Well said.
I don’t disagree with you, but then it comes down to the question of when is an apology good enough? And if the answer is never, how does someone redeem themselves?
But that’s not what’s happening. Even if someone says, “hey, I’m sorry, that was me then but I don’t stand by that ignorance anymore,” the damage is done.
I’m not defending anyone here, I think these tweets are in incredible bad taste.
This is exactly my argument. Like, ok tough guy, your dad who abandoned you just shows up one day and says go save humanity in this giant piece of machinery, you’d just do it? Get outta here.
I guess people forget what it’s like to be a teenager.
It’s absolutely because CEOs and shareholders prioritize their compensation.
