Yeah, now that I think about it it is a dumb question.

Why doesnt a progressive Presidential candidate who wants to end the purge, who is obviously a huge target, doesn't just travel to another country untill the Purge is over?

Oh god, I havent seen this season yet and only read the binge review, but hes the same guy who does the SHIELD reviews? Thanks, Ill make sure never to read these. The fact he would spend half of each review for the whole season making the same complaints about unimaginative set design and camera work drove me crazy.

House of Cards is terrible. The first season has its charms, but the second is the epitome of lazy writing. The only reason Frank goes anywhere is because all of the other characters are dumbassess.

BTW, I do think she is a limited actress. She can only do certain roles. If you cast her for something thats not her, it will be a shitty thing. But if you cast her right, she can give an amazing performance.

I have not seen Kristen in either Cloud of Alice (nor as a mather of fact the first Huntsman). But Ill go on the record and say that I saw all but one of the Twilight movies, and she was awful in those. But so were Taylor Lautner (and he is REALLY funny in Cuckoo), Robert Pattison (I really enjoyed his performance on

I would be surprised if a writer on a HGTV program could afford an unlimited monthly bus pass, much less a Porsche.

Sorry, what I meant is that the subplot wasnt really that funny. Specifically the parts involving the angry mob, for the reasons you mentioned. I adored everything related to Kimmys zero knowledge of how the internet works "The internet talks like Chandler, Kimmy!", and Titus 100-porcent honest portrayal of a Gueisha.

Lazy and not funny. The writers could just have ignored the criticism about the yellowface, taken one episode to put Jackie back in New York and be done with it. But yet they chose to take a whole episode to mock Social Justice Warriors, and the thing is: It just wasnt funny. I laughed at a couple of gags, not enough

Its not even mentioned on her wikipedia page.

Spider-Man: Coming Out Of The Closet Movie. For that I would buy tickets beforehands

This was really lovely. I really like Katy Perry, if not for her singing for her presence and theatrical aesthetics, and Dolly Parton can make everything she is on 800% better.

I agree with that. But, with tons and tons of epic narrative being avaiable on TV and cinemas, I really dont think they would go for a rape storyline, with a strong and on-going psychological aftermatch, when they could have easier epic narratives almost everywhere else.

Makes sense in the context that shes a 1940s (is that right?) english person thrown into seventeen hundreeds scotland out of nowhere. Shes adjusting to the absurd situation while learning how to act and survive in this foreign world. There were times her smarts helped her, and others where she shouldve stayed quiet

I dont think adolescent boys and men are really interesting on seeing the psychological effects of man-on-man rape.

She is an integral part of the series creative team, though. And seems really happy with the adaption, so far.

Episode 6 was one of the most gut-wretching hours of television I had seen in years when I first watched it. I understand and appreciate your well-written response, but still cant understand how that can come even close to "homoerotic".

I was really interested on reading a review about what the show says related to politics and gender roles during the 1700s and early 1900s, because I think that can spark a great conversation. But yeah, nothing. Not the end of the world, but an article that starts a conversation like the one the headline alluded to
