I love meat, although I pass on veal. The best I could compare the difference is that US meat tastes more gamey than ours. Like a cow and a moose or elk made a hybrid. And yeah, I do beleive there’s a valid reason that that stuff has to flush or not be used before the animal is processed, even if it isn’t a very large…
