I disagree that live without parole needs to go away. There are some evil people out there who don’t deserve freedom. Child molesters, rapists, and murders need to stay locked up. 

Don't like conditions in prison? Don't do things that get you sent there

Luckily none of the victims have been devastated by their inhumane treatment at the hands of the offenders...oh.

my suggestion is to stay out of prison. 

While I agree that prison conditions should not reach the point where rape and other forms of abuse are ignored, I have a problem with some of this.

Prisoners do have to be treated more humanely but I’m not sure what exactly you do about it when it’s gangs killing other prisoners. Would you not want even harsher punishment for prison violence? The person taking a life on the outside and then getting to jail and taking another life on the inside is not the person…
