Coming soon to CoD:MW or BF. 9_9 Thanks for all the location scouting!

Amen to that. This looks neat, but that's about it.

Garlic is actually quite tough! I can't think of many ways of using garlic that would require the clove of garlic to nice and whole at the end of it, anyway.

Behold, the *future*.

Not likely, since the story is finished. :\

The anchors didn't work — rather, they couldn't hook on to anything and the ship ended up getting pushed onto the beach.

Not a huge military hardware boner-geek, but the A-10 never fails to get me going. This thing literally tears tanks new ones and is about as practical and no-nonsense a piece of machinery as a hammer is for carpentry. I hope they keep flying these until the end of time, 'cause they sure won't be engineering anything

Yeah, I thought that it sounded more like something out of a Michael Bay movie.

I was gonna write something about that. I heard the story on the way back from work and thought it was interesting that they tried to get cocaine so they could replicate the original recipe.

If their numbers are correct, I'd imagine that they're making quite a lot of money off the place.

The first thing I thought of was the zoetrope that I saw at the Ghibli Museum! It was so cool to see it spinning up.

Confirmed. The top video is 10 times better when you have the audio from the speeder chase going in the background.

Two years ago, when I visited New York, I was probably the most taken aback by stepping into the terminal. More than any landmark, the oh-wow-I'm-in-New-York-City feeling rolled over me. It felt like being in a movie just walking around the main concourse. I'd love to visit again.

I was also really confused as to why they decided to make such a huge store. I mean, the one at the nearby mall has everything they sell, and it's smaller than the Gap next door.

I'm guessing that the footprint of the buildings and the floor plans of each unit are small, yet the useable floor space is relatively large. See this Giz article: [gizmodo.com]

I'm guessing that they wanted to apply this tech to control over on-board electronics, like navigation, and not control over the vehicle.

Got a pair on vacation after losing the the earbuds that I had brought with me. They rock.
