I have been in one, and must of missed it’s greatness.. Yes The New Passat will have a new body which I’m sure will be much improved.. meanwhile the CC will continue on using the the now over 10 year old B6 Passat platform..

At almost $45k for the CC vr6, is a complete rip off for a substandard Passat chassis designed and engineered in VW’s good ole days of “ lets make this mother as cheap as Eff’s and someone will buy it”.

The wagon and the GTI are the only new VW’s that are worth owning. Every other car they currently sell is inferior to it’s competitors.

Sadly all true, except for the manual option, here in America’s hat land the manual option is still alive and well, only problem is you can only get it in a Trendline, that can not have any other options added, and is about well equipped as a box of matches.
