Eh, I have owned too many cars to count and I guess I have been lucky. Many mopars (believe it or not), Cadillacs, Mercedes, etc and all have been good cars...probably has to do with maintenance.

I make a high income too but I am cheap as all hell. I promise my 08 BMW 3 series wagon looks better then all the new minivans and crossovers. Has a bigger and more useful trunk than a crossover too.

Guy I post with on a car/garage/tool forum is a mechanic at a large dealership in TX that flooded bad. His very large snap-on box full of his many thousands of dollars worth of tools is under water and he is very worried how their insurance will handle it. Bad situation down there, all around.
