Well, he recently drove to Alaska and back (AZ is home). The ILX is his commuter slash road trip vehicle. He keeps all of his trips and mileages up to date on his blog!

The automatic transmission kills the Mazda2. I haven’t driven the latest one yet (with the much, MUCH better interior), but I got one as a rental a few years back. It was god awful. 115 hp never felt so slow.
Never thought I would be happier to be stuck in Hawaii! GMT-10! I get to see Top Gear before all of you guys!
I think I just found my new dream bike, for when I can ride again!
Of course Utah controls all of the polling machines nation-wide. There’s a massive NSA data center there. How else would they rig the election on a massive scale?
That’s awesome!
Holy shit. Does CJ = Civilian Jeep? *mind blown*
I’m sure this has been beat to death in the comments, but I believe this is nearly required in Europe. Every car there seems to have this feature, even things like VW Golfs.
I absolutely love the E46 compact, when you put its face back the way it should be. Wish we had it in the US. :(
My mom’s ‘04 Expedition came with a DVD, that you stuck into the navigation unit.

Not really the gearhead of the school. Actually, the opposite. Buddy of mine came from a family of gearheads. Huge Ford Family. Mom had an Expedition. Brother had a Mustang. Sister had a Mustang. Dad had a Mustang that he raced, but daily drove an F-150. My buddy, however, wanted a cheap, economical car. What did he…
The Pontiac GTO: For when you wanted a Corvette, but need backseats.
I used to own one. It’s great until it isn’t. Luckily I didn’t have to get the rear half shafts redone (almost impossible to find nowadays). Unluckily, I started having more electrical problems than the mechanic could keep up with. Traded it in on a wash, and walked away with a brand new FRS.
All of this is wrong.
I live in Phoenix. Summer temps reach the 120's on occasion, and it’s consistently over 100 degrees from mid-April to mid-October. If a Police car has to sit idle for long periods of time (i.e. LEO directing traffic, car parked nearby), they’ll occasionally pop the hood. They don’t even raise it all the way, just…
