Yeah, I started eating less sugar and more home cooked meals, a couple of yrs ago. I don’t miss the sugar. I really didn’t add many veggies, but your mileage may vary. The big thing was eating medium size portions at all meals and limiting daily snacks to almonds & pistachios.

I basically agree with this piece. I lost 25 pounds 1.5 years ago, and kept it off for the entire 12 months. Then, I lost another 10 pounds two months ago and it hasn’t shown back up over the holidays. I’m now a mere 10 pounds off of my marathon running weight from 20 years ago.
