Every. Single. Time. There always has to be at least one person who tries to lay some blame on the biker because two wheels.

Biker Legally in the HOV lane, Camry crossing a solid yellow and slowing down, with no awareness...Biker riding legally, Camry...not so much. Camry at fault.

The key issue is who is at fault, and that lies solely on the driver. The motorcyclist wasn’t riding smartly, specifically because of the speed differential between his lane and the next one over - but the driver did something outright illegal and caused the accident.

They might not be high, there is a whole new sub-class of human that looks and acts as if they are on a mixture of ketamine, alcohol and high levels of THC that together create a state of general unawareness leading to anger in the face of small changes to habitat, extreme susceptibility to catch-phrases, and affinity

Seriously? The Camry driver AND passenger HAD to be high! Look at them! They have no clue the biker is even standing there let alone yelling at them though honestly, the biker had an extraordinary amount of control.

The accident is the fault of the dingus who decided to illegally pull out into the HOV lane across a solid line in front of clearly oncoming traffic (the biker), but good lord, don’t ride a motorcycle or drive a car at 80 MPH (watch his speedometer) in a lane next to traffic going about 20 MPH slower.

Or as I usually say, “May you cross the rainbow bridge and hoist a tankard of mead with those who have gone before.”

Cycling is HUGE here in Italy. I can tell you if the car was in the wrong they’re fucked by the courts. If the car wasn’t in the wrong they’re fucked by their conscience.

Even when cyclists are entirely in the right it’s super rare for someone to get locked up even when the actions are pretty egregious.

I find it doubly heartbreaking that he died like this. Not fighting Rossi, Marquez, Zarco and Viñales for the lead in MotoGP, not dicing it with Sykes, Rea and Davies in wet conditions over at SBK, but on a fucking cycling accident on the road. It just feels wrong, and unfit for an athlete like him.

As a cyclist and motorcyclist, this is super shitty. Thoughts and condolences to his family and friends.

Fuck, I just said the same thing except it took me an hour to write and a thousand more words. The anti bike guys always fall back to the ‘I saw a cyclist roll a stop sign one time, so they should all die’. Totally washing over the fact that they probaly rolled a few stop signs that day themselves, probaly didn’t

Someone has never seen Die Hard.

Now playing

This is still some of the scariest shit I’ve ever seen:

No motherfucker, thats Sgt Al Powell of the Los Angeles P.D.

hi, center of gravity!

“Ive got a hundred people down here and theyre covered in glass! Pussy ass Range Rover glass!”

Bass? Dropped.

Yeah way to secure that heavy piece of cargo you DOUCHE.

The woofer box just popping out the back is the best part of this.
