Those rust issues seem more than minor. I can see at least 3 holes in the driver’s side floor pan that are big enough to stick my hand through. The rocker could be repaired fairly easy, but that floor pan’s going to have to be replaced, or at least patched.

Yeah, I understand if they didn’t do much to the external parts of the body, but damn, they had the engine out and everything that goes with it and they couldn’t deal with the surface rust in the engine compartment while they were at it?
