I agree. Communication will make everything much more efficient and thus faster. On the other hand for now self driving technology will need to adapt to the foibles of cars with no V2V setup, no matter who or what’s driving.

Neutral: I think most auto manufacturers can see beyond the end of their own nose. They know V2V will eventually be required. They’re still going to develop it. This shrug-off by the administration will just delay the inevitable by a few years.
