It makes me suspicious that they're not fully 100% behind their new Pennywise? Tim Curry's version worked because he was basically IN YOUR FACE the entire movie. Not some JAWS type monster that pops in and out of the shadows.

A more concise way of saying what I did is: Home Alone is essentially about becoming a teenager and all the excitement and fear associated with it.

Egnh. Sinister 3 could be good, I suppose?

They sidestepped comedy gold by not having Dustin chase Mickey and Gus around on paddle boats instead of through the farmers market. They also sidestepped Gus having to take a stand for Mickey in front of Dustin by having Mickey cool the situation down and then Dustin just leaving. Unless that's how season 3 will

What did the title translate to? In French it was something like "Mother! I've missed the airplane!"

Him and Debi Mazar must have been beat having to jump back and forth from the HA5 set to the Entourage set every day.

I think a majority of the appeal of the first film was the psychological balancing act between the excitement of imaging yourself home alone at that age (I was 10 when the movie came out), able to pretend to be an adult (at an age when being an adult is associated purely with freedom of choice) and do anything you

His name isn't Chance The Specifier, for god's sake!?

"Chance the Rapper looking to get that strong deck" could also have been the title of this article.

Hell yeah, Hypercard reference! Button! Another button!

But will we learn a lot about living (and a little about loving)????!!!

I was talking about the album in general. I couldn't tell you song specifics. However, I mainly listen to Tigermilk or Fold Your Hands if I'm going to listen to B&S.

Pretty slow and dour compared to their other stuff at the time. I haven't revisited it in years to be honest, but my impressions of it at the time were not good.

Updated. My wife bought the pack with the first 4 books that came out in 2003-04.

Uh? I remember having to complete the chorus to "Where Eagles Dare" and I think maybe know that Robo was also Black Flag's drummer (which I only knew because that was the year The MIsfits got back together and had created a new-fangled "webpage" with a bio).

Attempted to watch Independence Day: Resurgence on Saturday. Made it about an hour in and shut it off. It was a complete mess. Worse than I was lead to believe. Not even in a fun way. I hope the planned sequels have been cancelled since this film was universally panned if I recall?

I sadly still know some people who deeply relate to John Cusak's character in this film, maaan. Not realizing, the point was to reveal him as a shallow, insecure asshole hiding behind a wealth of worthless knowledge. We were all that guy at some point, I suppose? I do remember giggling at Jack Black's character

"He's like a Muppet that fucks!!"

I think by "branded" he meant his cars all had "DR. MURRAY! DOCTOR TO THE STARS! PERSONAL FRIEND AND CONFIDANT OF MICHAEL JACKSON, MOTHER THERESA AND THE REST! ASK ME ANYTHING!" or something like that painted on?

I dunno, I kinda hoped for more current movies? But, on a Kickstarter budget, you get what you get I guess?
