Well, these take time to research, as would an article about any company and their practices. I can understand the fatigue of only hearing bad news of one company, but if the author is the only one doing the research for these stories I'd expect them to use it as much as they can.

Seems par for the course for dog people. I’m a cat man myself, so I don’t fully understand the obsession with wanting to pet every dog you see, but I'd hope the general public can withold their enthusiasm when a service animal is involved.
