Construction of settlements always gets me all riled up when I end up trying to make a defensive fence/wall around weak points. The Junk Fence item section is next to impossible to align, fit, and otherwise make nice. The other walls require impossibly flat ground…

I've got the flow to Dragon Quest VII down and I'm really enjoying its episodic nature. I can do an island in an evening and just close my 3ds and feel like I've accomplished something. I'm about 5-7 islands in (just got Ruff) and I'm hoping that adding a 4th party member spices up some of the battles. I'm a bit tired

Sunset Overdrive, for me, was only fun when the weapons were fun. Once that novelty wore off, and they stopped giving you new ones, it got really slow. So much of the world felt barren too.

I'm in for the group too. (it's out tuesday?)

I have read it takes 8 islands before it is available.

I have never let the critters in my town do the pop in. No way am I setting a timer for later to listen to a 'roided up cat tell me how much he can bench.

Horizon 3 looks to include off-roading in the base game (instead of dlc as 2 had) so that one may be a purchase for me. And it sounds like they got rid of that pseudo burning man car festival thing too. All around improvements

Worms could still work in 3d if they went back and focused on what makes the Worms games fun. The number one thing they missed is that Worms is best when you see worms fly in the air. Their attempts at 3d always made them as heavy as sacks of concrete.

Huh, we all at school said Scorched Earth was the sequel to Tank Wars. I never checked to see if that was true, but now I see it isn't.

There's a room in Silent Hill 2 (or was it 3?) where it's a bit too large to render entirely without fog/darkness drop off, so you must navigate it slightly blind. However, there's audio of what sounds like a running bull swirling around. Will it gore you when you least expect it?

Ugh, I hate the 1pm games during the early part of the season. I have things to do while the sun still shines.

God no. statement retracted.

In last weekend's b-reel footage of the Pike Place Market salmon being tossed, bush-league (cause the PNW market still only gets bush-league announcers) announcer A says "yeah that's a pretty nice flounder". Bush league announcer B just chuckles and simply says "that's not a flounder (you idiot)".

A Mii named Satan beat the final boss in Find Mii. I haven't picked up the Mii Plaza thing since.

Aww I missed a story about my favorite food.

Coming up on Ninja Warrior, it's the guy that totally loves Jesus vs. the guy that is all in for Jesus.

edit: sorry, I ended up looking it up exactly. The Guardian of Mythal in the quest "The final piece" is avoidable if you have morrigan drink from the well of sorrows. I had done that, however. And since I had only played it once, I had not realized that there was a boss battle.

apparently there's a huge arena like level in Dragon Age: Inquisition that serves as more than a place to have a conversation with an important character. I guess I just happened to pick the right choices to make this area completely pointless.

Huh, now that I think about it, it entirely makes sense for Goblin Jesus' heart to be treasure. (I had no idea you could get inside it)

The ending of Infinite is something I have up there in the top 5 game endings of all time. Not necessarily because it was just that good, but because of one tiny detail they put into the credits. It was genius of them to have a video of the two voice actors singing Will the Circle be Unbroken immediately after having
