I could only get through the first 8-10 minutes of it before shaking my head a little, and turning it off.

I played through the first six games (AC 1 through Black Flag) when they first came out, then somehow lost interest for Rogue, Unity, and Syndicate. But when they had a big sale on Ubisoft games in the Xbox Store, I purchased the whole set, which contained everything from Black Flag onward through Odyssey.

What if your car is stolen, and the culprit is caught and turns out to have a drug problem? Rather than simply locking up the thief for a period and then releasing them again with little to no attempt made to solve the root cause of why they stole the car, we might be better off turning to addiction services.
As someone who just finished all the AC Odyssey DLC, I say jump right in if you aren’t wholly burned out on the game. It really does add to the story, and it will eat up a decent amount of time across the three new realms if you want to complete everything. They added a couple new game mechanics (such as Tartaros…
My question is: Do they plan on making a less ugly version?
This is a pretty good list, although I will admit the finer points of several of these games are hazy at best.
Same here, but mix in Rafi from The League as well for good measure.
Criterion Collection is allegedly the best (although I can’t verify because I do not have a subscription to that service).
Things are going well enough over here. Still employed (albeit working from home), got plenty of TP and groceries, and I haven’t burned through my back catalog of movies and Xbox games yet. The Mrs. and I are starting to get on each others’ nerves from time to time, although that is to be expected to some degree. We…
Don’t. Buy. Someone. Else’s. Project.
I agree with everything you said, but this line made me chuckle...
Quite a few actually. Black Flag was where I stopped playing the series religiously. Picked it back up shortly after Odyssey came out (bought both that and Origins).
I certainly wouldn’t say the Netflix version is trash. It just...doesn’t feel like MST. It isn’t outright bad, but it definitely lacks the charm and comedic timing of the original.
Whenever my partner and I are watching a cooking competition show and one of the contestants uses a mandoline, she recoils in horror and looks away from the TV.
Yeah, I haven’t played the game yet (won’t until tonight or tomorrow), but I’d be interested.
Food for thought: TSA screening is down 96% from one year ago at this time.
All that, and it still just looks flat out weird. At least it looks weird to me. Like a GM C-Body (Cadillac Deville, Buick Park Ave) that was stretched way out on a torture rack, then squished down a half-foot or so.
Same with the Costco off Highway 160 right near the Cal Expo.
No thanks.
