I know a chef who speaks it.
I know a chef who speaks it.
Yeah, my takeaway was mostly “Huh, and we really acted like Ben Affleck was the dumb one in that duo.”
Pretty sure they can’t afford (more accurately: would be unwilling to pay for) most of those choices. Dare to dream, though.
Lucky for Murray he didn’t bring up her Chinese and American heritage as a negative like this fucker here.
Did we read the same thing? Wait do you even bother to read this?
I’m only interested if there are no CGI monsters. Instead I want actors just making animal noises. Like a guy in a yellow and black t-shirt saying, “Pika Pika!” That would be fun to watch.
I mean:
It’s the horrified reactions of the funeral attendees and the sheer amount of footage they have that really nail it for me. My favorite is the guy who goes rolling down the hill and a bystander has to jump over him to dodge the body. A+ work from all involved.
I sometimes imagine that Slums of Beverly Hills is a sort of sister act to Rayanne in MSCL.
Maybe the lack of proofreading is why he’s listed in both the Lead and Supporting categories for comedy, both for SNL?
Somebody nominate Evil for something. That show rules. Best special effects makeup this side of Guillermo del Toro movies.
These songs are great. Though I generally like Sufjan’s forays into electronic music (I’m one of the few Sufjan fans who would probably rank Age of Adz over Michigan), it is great to hear him get back to making folk music.
“We don’t have to get permission because the people are dead. They have no souls!”
“I look into the toilet bowl and I see purple. And black!”
As soon as the Shark Tank bit ended I skipped back to watch it again, which is something I’ve never done with any comedy sketch. Patti is incredible.
In another sketch, Robinson’s failed attempt to lighten up a party leads to a defiant declaration: “I’ve never fought for anything in my life—I’m keeping this hat.”
Coffin Flop had me in tears. “They’re saying Coffin Flop is not a show. It’s just hours and hours of footage of real people falling out of coffins at funerals. There’s no explanation, just body after body busting out of shit wood and hitting pavement.” Kills me... just the dumbest thinnest premise turned hilarious!
I've been loving the Tomorrow War month. Mr Slice seemed to have a good time making this
“Leland is obviously nefarious with an unknown agenda, but his increased involvement leads to spectacular scenes, thanks to Emerson’s astounding performance.” Can an actor’s performance be considered “astounding” if he has essentially been playing the same character for 2o years? Michael Emerson is certainly effective…
Thats great news because Evil is literally the show that is getting me to sign up for Paramount+.
