That new Dredd was fantastic too, but if it isn't what people are into then what can you do. Everyone has their own tastes, hell I really liked Remember Me despite the mediocre combat. Also happen to have been a fan of Enslaved and Vanquish also, they just weren't mainstream enough to get followers.

Or Michael Bay could be like one of those things that take a while to be legitimized by society, like Carpenter's The Thing or Kubrick's The Shining (Kubrick got a Razzie nomination for that movie).
