The ticks are actually spreading. They started out basically in the mid-atlantic region but are getting around. My SIL moved from the mid-atlantic to the west coast and had a hard time finding a DR. who was actually familiar with the issue.

Ice coffee is brewed hot then put in a refrigerator. Cold brew is just steeped in cold water till sufficiently strong. The cold brew process yeilds a less acidic coffee that can be quite strong compared to a normal drip.
