I think to find good American flight attendants you’d have to probably go back to the early 80s and before. Back when being a flight attendant was still seen as a cool, even glamorous job to have and before narcissism became a laudable trait.

I’d say around half of the flight attendants on American carriers look like they’re pissed off all time. Lost count of how many act like being pleasant while providing service, even in premium economy and business class, will literally kill them on the spot.
