Your comment is strange in its entire denial of Pete’s agency. He didn’t accidentally fall into a relationship (whether for PR, for real, or a combination) with Kim, he didn’t get randomly selected for the Blue Origin fight, and I’m pretty sure that he has solid weed connections of his own by now.

Adult man Daniel Radcliffe doesn’t want to portray actual child, Harry Potter, anymore.

Why a ‘supposedly feminist’ website keeps giving a platform to Kanye’s abusive behavior is beyond me?

The development of a child is dependent upon the dyadic relationship between parent and child. Acting as if we should not care about co-regulation is not really an argument in favor of healthy child development. There is no such thing as ‘excessive attachment’ between parent and child - that is an internet term. All

1. Antibodies are passed through breast milk. Including COVID-19 antibodies. If you stop breastfeeding before getting vaccinated, your baby/toddler will not receive those antibodies. No shade if you stopped - at all - but if I were a breastfeeding mom in 2020, I’d probably keep it up given how poorly COVID-19 vaccine

The graphic that accompanies the essay may be a part of the reason why.

I think it’s a cultural thing. Americans are really squeamish about boobs in general. In most of Western Europe people would judge you but not because of the (non-existent) sexual aspect or nudity and more because they would probably think the mother is overly attached and is the one who doesn’t want to wean.

The author cited several studies, perhaps you could start with those?

I’m not a scientist so no. I have two kids both of whom nursed until they were three-ish, i think my older one was closer to four when he stopped. Neither of them, at age 14 and 11 now, appear particularly impaired or delayed. But I wonder what specifically concerns you about toddlers breastfeeding. Like, is it just a

That’s an incredibly courageous decision. Just amazing.

Whaa? I thought they were all Mountbatten. I am not going to look it up, so...

My friend’s MIL (late-70s) has never held a paid job. She’s always had hired help - maid, cook, landscaper, nanny, etc.

I wouldn’t even argue that it’s “cringe” but rather just the typical human mindset where people only give a toss when it’s happening close to home and/or involves people who look like themselves. Ignoring the already after only two weeks tired “what about Israel” bandwagon stuff (the demolition of two houses was

Elon Musk is another example. the guy is a fucking moron.

You know, Kim, take away all your paid staff and you’d be shitting your Spanx knockoffs trying to figure out how to feed and occupy four young children every day.

I am no KK fan, but to label her as a “socialite” is crappy. She is an incredibly savvy business person and she clearly works all the time (do I agree with the way she spends her time, no, but that doesn’t matter). Shallow, annoying, overexposed, silly...all of those things apply to KK. Rightfully call her out if she

Kardashian said that she believes “in the rights that the Democrats want,” but “in the taxes that the Republicans want.”

Imagine being such an asshole that production has to water down your villain edit, normally it’s the opposite.

Deepti is clearly superior to him in every possible way, but I’ve been surprised to find myself feeling a little bit for Shake. He seems to be struggling with a lot of internalized racism, and perhaps some other issues that do not allow him to connect with a woman both physically and emotionally at the same time. A

Here is what annoys me about the Shake situation. I mean, a lot annoys me, but one thing... He and Deepti did seem to have a strong friendship even when he told her he wasn’t attracted to her. Then knowing that he hurt her, it took him so long to apologize. If he was really concerned about her feelings why didn’t he
