This sounds terribly unjust to Union. Is there some kind of, I don’t know, professional organisation Union could join? A fellowship, or cooperative of some sort? I think Union could use the support of a collegiate body that could back her up in situations like this. And not just her; I think all working Americans

It’s always worth taking seriously, if only for a moment, the possibility that a person is innocent of a crime for which they’ve been accused, or even convicted, but “the jurors were imposters,” whatever that even means, is a pretty good telltale sign that someone’s protestations are not particularly compelling.
