How do you know if you will enjoy something or not if you make excuses preventing yourself from ever trying it?
How do you know if you will enjoy something or not if you make excuses preventing yourself from ever trying it?
Younger me would have been all over this game on release. I think it’s because I haven’t enjoyed a Star Wars game or have been interested in one since Disney took over that I am hesitant in getting this game because I don't think I am convinced it is good even though by almost all accounts, it IS good. Maybe when the…
You seem confused. I am not saying Ash is not allowed to like something. I am saying the reasons why Ash hasn’t tried something are weak. Weak meaning they buckle under pressure and scrutiny.
They won't even allow the different platforms to have the same roster. I am not surprised they aren't doing cross platform.
I look forward to them feeling the pressure of a dwindling user base and discount the game or send it to Game Pass.
“Now, after the big update, the world scales with you, making it easier for new players to explore.”
You can play DOS2 and D3 on console with a controller.
Yeah but you can also play these games on console with a controller. Or you can play DOS2 on a PC with a controller.
They are weak cause you can play these games without a mouse and keyboard, and the learning curve isnt that steep which Ash demonstrated by getting over it in a early access that launched 2 days ago. And I understand there is little to no tutorial and Ash seems to admit they got it.
“This game is weird to me because it has a lot of things I don’t like. I hate click-to-run games—it’s why I never got into Diablo or Divinity—I’m also not fond of the steep learning curve that I’m just now getting over.”
I see what you mean. I could see why they would be sore about it in that moment, but once Spencer came in he turned everything around that MS’ way of owning their mistake, including the DRM and moving past it.
I can’t believe people still remember a dumb joke made by Sony 7 years ago and think everyone at MS has had it burned in their memories since and were waiting for their moment to strike. And that this jab by MS particular, was MS’ act of retribution after 7 long years only to “fail to reach it”.
Yeah I find it odd people are so enamored with a fastener and a compartment for it.
“dunked on” “because its 2020" “its the console wars we deserve” “cringe-y move of desperation”
Yeah, again, you are just describing people in general. It’s not a “culture” it’s just being human. Unless you can name a period of human history where “cancel culture” was not around.
Why do people like you act like “cancel culture” is a thing, particularly a “new” thing. “Cancelling” unwanted behaviours is how humans have gotten this far and it’s not something new. It’s just a term used by morons who feel like they are a victim for behaving like a moron.
“I’m responding to “D. Walker”. I’m laughing at him defending the idea of paying to be a beta tester. Not “random people”. This thread that you and I are both on was started by him. My post is a direct response to his”
You were talking to a random person and said “lol at defending paying to beta test a product this hard.”
LOL thanks for the laugh, it was as good as I expected.
You wanna show me where I said Nathan shouldn’t report on it on this website?
