Oh I don’t disagree that there are two different ways to be offended here (if one WANTS to be) and that those ways are indeed two different demographics.

Both extremes have their issues, but it is overwhelmingly the far left these days who are overly worried about the possibility of ANYONE even POSSIBLY being offended by ANYTHING.

In my circles (and everything I see in the public), it is more the youngest folks who are looking to be offended. I mean, watch about three Buzfeed videos and you’ll see.

It seems everyone else here gets it.  What are you missing?

Okay, so here is some math for you:

Uh, dudette, the whole point I was making was about dangerous jobs and how for some reason, even having many that are often highly paid for the amount of education required for them, women do not seem to flock to them. I guess they don’t want all that money. Or maybe they want a less dangerous and less difficult…

As someone who has hired a plumber on occasion, I certainly did not mean to imply that they are poor. They make ME poor :)

I guess you don’t understand the idea of “context”. I was responding to the previous post who wants the wage gap “to get better”, and I responded explaining how it could, since those differences matter when it comes to pay. I was making a comparison to what men do that seems to impact their wages, which women could do…

What laws need to be changed? Which laws are stopping women from making as much as men?

Did you know that plumbers make less than attorneys?  It’s an outrage! :)
