From what I had seen, a lot of the s0-called “criminalization,” was influenced by unfunded federal mandates. In my state, once a (now former) student is send to Juvie, the duties to provide FAPE there fall on county department of Education, relieving the school district of the financial drain.

Doesn’t that means she just become a billionaire? Consider she has 5 siblings and her late father was worth over 6 billions USD.

Copying my on reply to another, it’s all about the adequacy of the disabilities/death benefits that had been cut back in the last decade.

So if police officers took risks and got injuries that end their career, does voters/taxpayers willing to back them up financially? The answer is not reassuring.

Do you consider Reginald Denny not to be an average US trucker?

College ranking is mostly about selectivity and admission yield. Given that Mizzou’s new freshman class size had dropped 1,800, a quarter, compares to class of 2015, I don’t see them being higher ranked than Gonzaga if this continues.

Mizzou already demonstrated that their football team makes their personnel decisions, not the faculty senate, so that’s only fair to evaluate them on that basis.

A quick search is just one quick and dirty way to show that by counting Deadspin’s coverage of both schools, that Gonzaga is not obscure by any stretch of imagination.

They tried to carve out their “safe space” by excluding “others” in the campus quad that’s open to all members of the campus community. Such concept does not deserve anybody’s respect, or as much respect as Vinod Khosa’s property right to block people from “his beach.”

I am not affiliated with either schools, but it take some myopic East Coast Centric view to call Gonzaga an obscure school. To use Kinja as measurement:

The middle ground would be for voters in Santa Clara County to tell the county Board of Supervisors to purge the county probation department of the like of Monica Lassettre, or they will be recalled.

That’s why voters in Santa Clara County should call up their member on the County Board of Supervisors, tell them that if they don’t purge probation department of the like of Monica Lassettre, they will be recalled.

Didn’t Canada’s program didn’t accept uncompanied single male as a way to speed up/omit their vetting process?

Nope. Sorry couldn’t remember the detail. But it’s one of those new magazine shows. That segement was about some former Mafia “family” enforcers.

Prisons are useful in holding criminals and let Crime Age Curve does its miracles.

20 feet away is not enough distance for safety. As demostrated in an Mythbusters epsoides, at 20 feet, you can shot a knife wielder and still be fatally stabbed.

Most judges are very deferential to the sentencing recommendation of the probation department, at least in California.
