Since the ISS orbit is rather fast, I believe they would need to first send any packets to a geosynchronous satellite which would relay it to an Earth station. So round trip time would be at least 0.5 seconds, likely a fair bit longer. I don’t think they’re going to be much of a challenge to beat on any FPS :)
