Yeah, I was on the invite only, and I wasn’t going to bite without knowing what it is like. Since then I’ve bought an Echo Dot (because I don’t need it as a smart speaker) and would get a couple more when there’s another good sale, because it is the easiest way to control my smart appliances.

Players get weaker, smaller, less skilled. I can’t explain it.
If this is just yellow dots, re-scanning it in as black and white should foil it. You can also add noise to the scanned image.
I did do a packet capture, and it appears to talk to a service running on AWS. I didn’t try to analyze it in detail, but I others have. Duplicating the URL should allow you to control your devices from other applications (and even IFTTT). Since this is sent over HTTPS, it is generally safe unless you encounter a…

He will happily spout off on things he doesn’t know, and Sean Spicer will double down when confronted with his WTF statements.

Try buying 50 lbs of of ammonium nitrate fertilizer and your name instantly pops up on watch lists. Try buying a lb of C4 and you’re talking to an ATF agent the same day.
Holding that stuff in is also why he has a pacemaker and a lot of his coworkers have kicked the bucket after they retired. Lots of heart attacks.
To be pedantic, code word clearance is compartmentalized information that is either Secret or Top Secret, and not a level of classification in itself. But any rational thinking person would agree that it is above “Top Secret”. I don’t know if that guy with the bad username knows that, but the rest of his comment just…
Nope. Young and stupid.
Thanks, needed the laugh today :)
