Ignoring naive / exploitable, it makes sense for an adversary of the US to want Trump to win because he is much more divisive for the country and would serve as a major distraction from other issues during his term.

Can’t hear outside noise when they have their car stereo volume at 11.
In my city, some have very directional beeps - you hear it clearly only when you’re facing it. Other lights have a spoken direction. A few even tell you which street is safe to cross. These are mainly around heavy pedestrian areas.
