Gawd, my 2004 V8 ‘Reg has electrical issues from hell though. Wire insulation that crumbles off causing shorts everywhere. And the towing capacity is mostly based on the transmission and brakes. Both the diesel and gas ‘Reg will pull a lot more than 7700 lbs. Stopping that mass going at 60 mph, not so much.
