After hearing all of the controversy around it, I really, really wanted to love Personal Shopper, and I did, for about 15 minutes. But at a certain part I realized that I just…didn't think it was good. I don't know how to express my feelings better than that, but I honestly began to embrace it as a "so-bad-it's-good"…

Oh, I understand your dillema! You have work to do, and you're doing it wonderfully. I, on the other hand, have virtually no responsibilities (other than a few reviews to write after the festival), a thought that would upset my jobless self if not for the fact that it means I've been seeing a steady 5 films a day.
